Occasionally new software may become available for the MortiSafe Pro core unit. You'll get an email when this happens, which will contain a link to a file.

To do this:

  1. You'll need to have a SD adapter for your computer which handles the 'SD(HC)' format (all modern ones will do that). You can buy one from ebay for a few £/$
  2. You can only update the software when the safe is open
  3. Download a ZIP file from the link in the email
  4. Extract the IMG file from inside it. This file should be exactly 3765432100 bytes in size. It shows in Windows Explorer as 3,677,180Kb due to rounding adjustments
  5. You'll need software that can write to an SD card. On Windows you can download Win32 Disk Imager from http://sourceforge.net/projects/win32diskimager/
